I’m Chef Cori, the creative force behind Demilicious Cafe/Catering. Born and raised in DC, I studied at Augusta Escoffier. My love for Southern cuisine came not just school but from a Mother who’s kitchen was filled with bold flavors, family, laughter and soulful meals that brought everyone to the table. For me, food is more than flavor its connection. Whether I'm selling plates or catering a private dinner or a big celebration, we bring Southern classics, creating experiences that are warm and memorable.
